Optimal Motion was created by Secili DeStefano and Matthew Barnes in order to provide a complete physical therapy experience to optimize their patient’s recovery, performance, and health. They bring a combined 40 years of experience to the clinic. Optimal Motion opened in April 2019 and is located at 950 Herndon Parkway.
